3.1 Server-Logs
When you visit the website, technical data is temporarily stored in server logs: IP address, date and time of the request, URL accessed, HTTP status, amount of data transferred, browser type and version, operating system, referrer. Purpose: to ensure the technical operation of the website and to prevent unauthorised access. Retention period: 30 days.
3.2 Contact form
If you use the contact form, we will process your name, email address, company name (if applicable) and the content of your message in order to respond to your enquiry. The data will not be passed on to third parties and will be deleted within a reasonable period of time once the correspondence has been concluded, provided there is no legal obligation to retain it.
3.3 Cookies
As things stand, this website does not use any tracking or marketing cookies. Technically necessary cookies (e.g. to save language settings) may be set temporarily.
4. External services
Fonts are loaded directly from the server (self-hosted Inter Variable). There is no direct connection to third-party font CDNs.

6. Retention period
Personal data is retained only for as long as is necessary for the relevant purpose or in accordance with statutory retention periods. Data submitted via the contact form will be deleted once the enquiry has been dealt with, provided there is no obligation to retain it for a longer period.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict the processing of, and object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability. You may withdraw any consent you have given at any time. To exercise these rights, simply send an informal message to the contact address provided in section 2.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority – in Switzerland, this is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC); in the EU, it is the supervisory authority responsible for your area.

Communication via this website is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS. We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or manipulation. However, complete security cannot be guaranteed in internet communications.
